WebLink International Taps Chamber Professional to Lead Marketing Efforts

Eight-year Chamber veteran brings background in communications management to WebLink

Avon, IN - May 1, 2006 - WebLink International is pleased to announce the hiring of Curt Moss to fill the newly created position of Director of Communications. In the new position, Curt will be responsible for the overall communications and marketing efforts of WebLink International, with both current clients and prospective ones.

Curt Moss was most recently the director of communications for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, where he worked for eight years. Curt’s tenure in the communications department at the Chamber spanned a particularly innovative and progressive period where he served as an inspiration and valuable creative resource, earning several industry awards and garnering national attention for his work on the highly acclaimed Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce web site, www.lvchamber.com.

Curt was responsible for managing the development, design and distribution of all Chamber publications and collateral materials and overseeing a vast electronic communications infrastructure. In addition, he led the Chamber through the design and implementation of a new logo in 2000 and numerous subsequent branding campaigns.

Many of Curt’s printed and electronic communications projects received awards from the Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE) and American Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE). In 2002, the site received the ACCE’s Grand Award for electronic communications.

In 2003, Curt led the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce conversion to WebLink International’s WebLinkCONNECT membership management software. He was also instrumental in helping to develop several of the database’s features, especially those related to web site and communications integration.

Curt will be developing regular communications with WebLink’s existing clients to help deliver greater value and to solicit feedback for company products and services. He will also be working closely with customer support and product development to improve the products and service we provide to our clients. A primary goal for Curt will be to ensure that WebLink clients fully understand and utilize WebLink’s products to their fullest potential. He will draw from his experience of working for one of the premier chambers of commerce in the country to help all WebLink clients improve their organization’s processes, deliver greater benefits to their members and improve their bottom line.
