WebLink International is looking for appointment setters to join our fast growing and dynamic sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication, tenacity and resilience, and a high level of energy. The basic schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting, by telephone, small business members in assigned markets to secure appointments for sales presentations that will be made by our Sales Representatives. Your keen ability to keep accurate records of calls made and appointments set, along with your unequaled ability to follow up with prospects as needed is paramount in being successful in this role.

Job Specifications:

  • Experience in inside sales and/or appointment setting
  • Highly organized in your daily calling efforts for maximum efficiency and success
  • Excellent phone etiquette and closing skills when securing appointments
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Ability to represent WebLink International in a professional manner
  • Ability to represent WebLink International in a professional manner

Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
