Joseph is Vice President of Advisory Services of WebLink International, a role he has held since mid 2012. Joseph has been a part of the WebLink team since 2008 and previously served as Vice President of Operation. Prior to joining WebLink, he was Director of Professional Services for Autobase, Inc., the leader in customer relationship management software for automotive retail, headquartered in Indianapolis.
Joseph joined Autobase in May of 2003, first managing their training department before heading the genesis of their professional services business. As leader of that business, Joseph oversaw consulting, project management, installation, data services, and customer education, increasing monthly revenue recognition 100 percent, reducing time to installation by 30 percent, and driving the creation of a full online university that delivered a 2-year IRR in excess of 200 percent.
Joseph has served in a variety of senior management positions within technology and healthcare, including Director of Development Services for Lightfall Interactive, a developer of web and computer-based learning and marketing solutions in Evanston, Illinois. At Lightfall, Joseph delivered more than 30 projects on schedule and budget, reducing rework by 50% and fully eliminating dependence on outside contractors. Prior to Lightfall, Joseph was Director of e-business for the Fenwal division of Baxter Healthcare, which was a $550 million division providing blood-collection, processing, and storage systems in Round Lake, IL. Joseph was responsible for Fenwal's initial web presence.
Prior to Fenwal, Joseph held various positions in engineering project and program management, spearheading a web-based collaboration application in the early days of the Internet that increased communications efficiency on project teams, increasing team productivity by 300 percent.
Joseph holds a BS in Engineering from Tulane University. He resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife, Cristina, daughters, Shannon and Ava, and son, Gavin.
