The Project Manager is the single point of contact for customers during implementation of WebLink software and websites and is a key contributor to a positive customer experience. The Project Manager creates the project plan, gathers all information required to complete the plan, oversees the work on and completion of tasks, addresses all customer issues and concerns, and ensures a high quality result – as measured by customer goals and expectations.
- Manages projects involving the implementation of WebLink software and services
- Works with Sales and Relationship Management on the smooth transition of
new customers;
- Single point of contact for the customer for the entire implementation process,
from receipt of contract through the delivery of all contracted services;
- Sets, manages, and exceeds all customer expectations;
- Creates the project plan for the engagement, including tasks, time frames,
and resources, and then manages all tasks to the schedule, ensuring quality
work;
- Forecasts project delivery timelines and hours and meets forecasted commitments;
- Facilitates the activities of customer and internal resources to complete
all necessary tasks in the engagement, including final payment of any project
invoices.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
- Master’s Degree or Relevant Certifications preferred.
