WebLink Summit Offers Technology Education for Chambers, Associations

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — July 02, 2010 — WebLink International is proud to announce the annual WebLink Summit, the preeminent marketing, technology and social media conference for member-based organizations, will be held Sept. 22, 2010 through Sept. 24, 2010 at the Conrad Hotel in Indianapolis.
The WebLink Summit stresses peer-to-peer networking and learning as a key difference from other conferences. Through various breakout sessions, attendees will discover how peer organizations are using technology to reach their goals, learn about using WebLink software solutions to manage their organizations, gain expert insight on social media trends and make valuable industry contacts through numerous networking opportunities.
In addition, Summit sessions are designed to offer attendees a high level understanding of why certain concepts and business practices are important as well as provide them with easy-to-implement tips they can take back to their organizations and use immediately.
"I had to choose last year between going to the Summit and another chamber conference," said Jan Aguilar, former communications director at Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. "I chose the Summit because I gain much more from the Summit. It combines the hows and the whys."
Ben Wolf, Vice President of Member Services for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, will serve as this year's WebLink Summit keynote speaker. Wolf will discuss how his chamber used technology to help them lead their members, bring together the community and create a world-class business organization. Wolf will highlight his chamber's recognition from the American Chamber of Commerce Executives as the 2009 Chamber of the Year, plus he'll share the challenges of keeping Nashville "open for business" during the flooding that occurred in May.
"We are excited to host the annual WebLink Summit in Indianapolis again this year," said DJ Muller, President and CEO of WebLink International. "Last year, our attendees gave rave reviews for the Conrad and for downtown Indianapolis – they simply love coming to the WebLink Summit."
"We're thrilled to have Ben Wolf as our keynote speaker. His presentation will be worth the registration price alone!" Muller added. "Attendees can expect to learn more about the latest technology and emerging trends here than at any other conference they may attend. I guarantee it."
The Conrad Indianapolis, the city's premier luxury hotel, will host the 2010 WebLink Summit. Boasting 23 floors of lavish accommodations complete with a full-service spa, a gourmet restaurant and wine bar onsite, this five-star hotel guarantees an unforgettable experience for Summit attendees. Conrad Indianapolis is offering a special discount rate of $169 per night for WebLink Summit attendees.
Registration for the 2010 WebLink Summit is open. WebLink is currently offering "Early Bird" rates for attendees who register by July 16, 2010. The single-person early bird fee is $575 per person and the early bird rate for two or more attendees from the same organization is $475 per person.
