WebLink Releases Member Benefits Management, Helps Associations More Easily Manage Membership Structures

The Industry-Leading Feature Offers Flexibility and Growth for Member-Based Organizations

INDIANAPOLIS (June 6, 2017) – Over 20 years of combined experience working in chambers and associations across North America has given WebLink staff insight into the challenges that member-based organizations are facing. With those challenges in mind, WebLink has released the Member Benefits Management feature for its association management software suite, WebLink Connect™.

The feature was developed to give associations more flexibility in how they choose to structure their membership.

“We are starting to see that more and more member-based organizations want to move to a benefits-driven membership structure,” said Director of Product Chris Phillips. “Members and potential members are expecting more control and choice when determining the value they get from their membership, which adds complexity for associations. With the launch of Member Benefits Management, WebLink has solved this challenge in an automated way.”

The new feature supports the existing Member Levels Management module, a concept that was developed in collaboration between WebLink’s team of industry thought leaders and its customers. The module allows WebLink Connect™ users to easily create and track different levels within their membership, eliminating significant manual data entry and saving valuable association staff time.

With the addition of Member Benefits Management, users will now be able to specify the benefits that correspond to each membership level, and streamline the management of both elements in tandem.

“WebLink’s mission is to help associations accelerate commerce and build communities – especially as the association world continues to adapt to new ways of connecting,” said DJ Muller, CEO, President and Founder. “The release of Member Benefits Management is another innovative way WebLink helps position associations to grow alongside their members, their industry and their community.”
