Association Website Design Process
Discovery
The discovery phase is a critical first step that involves a meeting or series of meetings with your team to understand your association's specific business goals, brand image, technical requirements and overall visions for the new web presence. We'll leverage this comprehensive insight against our extensive knowledge to formulate a customized direction most appropriate for your organization's business objectives.
Design
The design phase focuses around the creative "look and feel" and user experience for each of the critical pages and conversion points across the website. Our design team will create several design concepts while the project team proposes a site navigation structure. To capture the brand consistency and message integration with your other communication resources, we'll incorporate the branding of all your existing marketing materials.
Implementation
Once we arrive on final design concepts, the web pages will be developed and optimized. This will include creating the code required to support the style sheets and to optimize graphics for fast loading without compromising quality. A high level of focus will be on search engine optimization to maximize your site's potential to be found.
Delivery
Before your association's website is deployed, it must first pass our strict testing standards. Our quality assurance and testing practices ensure delivery of high quality, user-friendly solutions which meet expected performance and messaging criteria. Only after the website is thoroughly tested by WebLink and you will the site be launched.
