Ongoing Support
After you “go live” and actively start working in WebLink Connect you will
transition from the professional services team to the customer support team.
Our support team is staffed with highly responsive experts on WebLink’s
products who will answer your questions, provide additional training and
education where needed, and help you resolve any challenges you may have.
Support is provided via phone, email, and via our in product trouble ticket
system. You will receive a tracking number and can view an issue and its status
at any time.
