Revenue: Billing Management
Profiles in WebLink Connect can have recurring billing
items for any revenue item and can have different
billing cycles and anchor months/days. In this session
you will, earn how to set up and manage billing items in
WebLinkConnect along with the auto-generation of
invoices. In addition, we’ll touch on increasing billing
amounts, creating manual invoices and the set up of
revenue codes.

You Want
Learn how to quickly find and work with any single
profile or group of members, non-members and prospects
in WebLinkConnect. Topics in this webinar include basic
profile selection, data grid sorting and selecting,
right-click menu options (emailing groups, mapping
groups, data grid reporting), exporting to excel. Also
covers saving of selection criteria, advanced options
for pulling "related" profiles of criteria and working
with multiple data sets of profiles at the same time.

Affiliation Codes: Powerful
and Flexible Ways to Manage Groups
Affiliations in WebLinkConnect allow you to create an
unlimited number of groups for your members, prospects
and non-members. The profile selector and several
reports allow you to find profiles with certain
affiliations, making them powerful communications and
reporting tools. The webinar will show you how to set up
affiliation groups and codes, as well as show you how to
make certain codes available for your members to choose
in the Members Only section. We’ll also cover assigning
graphics/icons to certain affiliation codes so you can
give certain members additional recognition in your
online business directory.
